SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

- Shipping
We will make reasonable efforts to ship properly placed and accepted orders within 3 business days, excluding U.S. federal holidays. An order is properly placed when we have received full payment and all information needed to fulfill such order. If we anticipate that shipment for a particular order will take longer than as set forth above, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address provided at the time the order was placed or associated with your user account.
When you place an order, the order total reflected at checkout includes Product costs, less any discounts and credits, before shipping fees. Shipping rates are calculated based your selected shipping method and shipping address. Please note that certain shipping methods may be unavailable depending on your shipping address. Actual delivery times and rates are subject to change.
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification (info@Enact Hydration.com). Please allow up to 24 hours after you receive your Shipment Confirmation Email for tracking information to appear on the mail carrier website.
- Delivery Times
Unless otherwise provided at checkout, shipping rates and estimated times for deliveries are as follows. Please note that delivery times vary based on shipping address. We will provide a delivery estimate when you enter your shipping address at checkout.

For all shipments, delivery shall occur and risk of loss and title to Products shall pass from us to customer at the time the Products are transferred to the carrier or shipping agent at the facility in the United States from which customer’s order is shipped.
We currently offer delivery within the continental United States.
- Customs Fees (if applicable)
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer in addition to shipping cost. We are unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country.
- FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
By ordering Products from us, you authorize an agent to transact business with the Canada Border Services Agency ("CBSA") to clear merchandise, pay duties and taxes, and to handle any merchandise returns and refund claims as an agent on your behalf. At checkout, we will
- Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of eligible Products, subject to the terms and conditions below (the "Standard Return Policy").
To submit a return or exchange request, please contact us at returns@Enact Hydration.com.
- Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. Unless otherwise stated by us, returns/exchanges initiated after such 14-day period will not be accepted.
- To be eligible for return, all items must be in their original condition—unused and in their original packaging. Items not in this condition will not be accepted.
- So that we can improve our customer experience, you may be asked to provide an explanation as to why you are requesting a return/exchange. If you receive a defective or damaged item, you will be asked to provide a photo of the defect/damage.
- Once you initiate a return/exchange, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to affix to your return/exchange package.
- When packing your return or exchange, please use the original packaging and ensure that only the items listed on your return/exchange label are included in the package. Do not include other items.
- Once your item(s) reach our warehouse, your eligible refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
- If you receive a refund for a returned item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Sale items and Products awarded or obtained relating to a Promotion may not be eligible for return/exchange.
- Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- We can only process returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from us. If you purchase our Products from another retailer, please contact them directly for a return or exchange.
